There's this one day that God spoke to me about friends that He blessed into my life.What’s the unique of friends? Why is it consider a gift from God?
Living on the planet together with 6,870,364,717 people on the 05:12 UTC (EST+5) Sep 22, 2010, we still get the chance to know each other or even have the opportunity to become good friends (for some of us). How unique is that! Why among the 6 billions, we are still able to know each other? We saw so many strangers a day, but you and I just know each other. If it wasn’t God who brought us together, I wonder will we still meet each other. Catch ups are just so special if you think of it. I don’t even know the people who are sitting on the table next to us, but I know you who sat/sit opposite me! Wow..!
Why are our close friends even special? Why are our loved ones even more special than close friends?
On average, each of us probably know 500 to 1500 people in our lifetime. They come and go throughout our life on Earth without us really take note of it. But there’re only 2 to 5 among them that are going to stay forever in our lifetime on Earth. How special is that! We can’t choose our loved ones. We can’t choose who our parents, siblings, cousins..in our lives. If you think of it, we can’t even choose who our future partner is too. It’s all in your biography that was written by God long time ago. That is why they are even more special than friends.
Are you thankful of everyone that God has placed into your life? Make sure you treasure and appreciate each and everyone of them. For they are the greatest gifts that God has given us now and forever! ;)
