Letters to God

Just finished watching this faith-building, inspiring and touching movie.

A 10-year old boy, Tyler, who were down with cancer, wrote letters to God every single day. For him, it's his way of communication with God and day by day he sees all his conversations with God came to past. He just poured out whatever that is in his heart through a piece of paper and a pen. Even though he knows he is going to die soon, he never fails to believe in God. Throughout his life on Earth, he just make use of everyday and live it to the max. In whatever situations that he faced, he'll choose to do what Jesus will do.

Not only that, he encourages all the people around him to write letters to God too! And because of his unfailing faith in God, he brought the Truth to all his family, friends and neighbours even until the day after his death.

Every thing in life came in front of us for a reason.

My favourite quotes from this movie:
"God put these letters in your hand for a reason. Go home and sleep it off. And then listen to God. Let God tell you what to do with them."

"Your plans are always good. Lord, I believe you have a plan and a purpose in this. Help Bridie to discover that plan because, Lord I know you are about to do something wonderful. Something more wonderful that we could possibly imagine. In Jesus name I pray, Amen!"

God has a plan and purpose for you. Don't always ask people why and how. But always tune in and listen to God. He got the best answer for you that you and I could possibly think or imagine. God will constantly send people into our lives to fulfill all His plans and purposes for us.

All of us are hand-picked by God for a mission for God and the rule of our life. Sometimes when we are being chosen by God to do something, people around us will hate us because they are jealous when we're highly favoured by God. So are you a spectator or a participator? :)

So, how's the feeling of being in the mission for God? I'm excited, and I'm participating.

We somehow don't know how influential we are until someday when we lay on a hospital bed or the day when we are united with Jesus in Heaven. So just take part in what God has for you, be an influencer for Him and you will be influential without you realizing it.
