Surrender and humbleness..

Surrender comes together with humbleness. You can't totally surrender until you are totally humble, you can't totally humble until you are totally surrender and trust.

Humbleness...it's not only by our heart, but by our speech. For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks (Matt 12:34).

Psa 25:9 "He guides the humble in what in right."
Eph 4:2 "Be completely humble and gentle."
Jas 4:10 "Humble yourselves before the Lord."
1 Pet 5:5-6 "Clothe yourselves with humility. Humble yourselves."
Matt 23:12 "...whoever humbles humself will be exalted."
Pr 11:2 "...but with humility comes wisdom."
Pr 15:33 "...and humility comes before honor."
Tit 3:2 "...and to show true humility toward all men.."

God had brought me on this journey to watch people by how they speak, at the same time reminding me what He desires and NOT to be like them. This is what I realised through the people around me, a lot of times human are quick to speak, slow to listen; or quick to listen and quick to speak too or slow to filter their words before they come out from their mouth; quick to speak, slow to think; quick to judge yet slow to reflect on themselves. "Think twice before you speak!" was what one of my leaders told me years ago. Make sure your speech and the words that you used, the way that you speak are always loving and encouraging, one that builds people up but not criticising and condemning; even if you don't have the intention.. the other person may not be the ones that are able to take the way you speak, and that you offended a person without you yourself realising it. Even if they are your good friends, never ever take them for granted. But be loving with your words and the way you express your words. Don't line up "God asked me to tell you..." with your own level of words, cos' God's words are always gentle and comforting but not condemning. Watch your tongue, watch your words.

When you fixed your eyes on Jesus and only Him alone, it doesn't matter whether what you have in your life, whether you got a car, a house, a job..., whether you got a life partner; man or woman of God in your life or not, whether you are promoted or not.. cos' you just know God is in control of all. All you need to do is to just acknowledge Him, sit back and just relax, and allow God to do the rest.

This is what God constantly gently reminded me, "Never ever strive for things that is in your life and never take blessings for granted that's from the Kingdom of God. It is God's reponsibility to do the promotion, it's God's responsbility to whether He picks us or not, whether to bring the man or woman of God into our lives or not, it's God's responsibility to give us our paycheck, our job, our future.. our only responsibility is to just focus on loving Him and our relationship with Him."
